How to Make a Nutrition-Packed Breakfast Smoothie (Recipe)
Kick start your day with a nutrition-packed breakfast smoothie! This quick recipe gives your body ALL the veg it needs in one drink. Say goodbye to spending your days munching on greens!
– 1 packed cup of spinach
– Half a cup of Beetroot
– Half a cup of pineapple
– Half a cup of chopped up carrots
– A cup of pineapple juice
