How To Workout Your Chest and Increase Your Fitness
In this video I show you how to do several types of burpees workout your chest and increase your general fitness at the same time.
Option 1.
The easiest way to do a burpee is start on your hands and knees. Lift your knees off the ground and stand up. Do a hop. Crouch down with your hands on the ground and repeat.
Option 2.
Crouch down, bring one leg back, then the other leg back. Do a push up. Bring one leg forward, the other leg forward into a crouch, then repeat.
Option 3. Crouch down. Hop back to plank. Do a push up, hop forward to crouch, hop up to stand, and repeat.
A burpee is a fantastic way to work the chest and increase your metabolic conditioning (metcon) at the same time.
Try to do 10 burpees in a row before taking a rest. Then repeat that several times.
Set yourself a goal for between to 2-5 minutes, that’s all you need for your chest workout.
